Johnston County teen, Bryan Davis Gilmore was charged with felony death by motor vehicle, DWI and reckless driving for losing control and flipping the Ford Ranger he was driving, killing passenger William Lee Tippett shortly after 3am on February 16th.   Early Sunday morning, Nashville stand-up comedian Brian E.
