Hardison received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY (‘05) and a B.A. from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD (‘98). He also is a graduate of Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA ('93).
Hardison is the co-author of: Measuring Value in Mediation, 21 Ohio St. J. on Disp. Resol. 383 (2006). A work that was cited at the Annual Dispute Resolution Section meeting of the American Bar Association (ABA) in 2005. Hardison lives in Wake County with his wife and children.

Jo Ann Fennell, a North Carolina State Bar certified paralegal, has worked in several firms and attributes prior work experience to a California litigation firm as well a North Carolina non-profit service organization which advocates for prisoners and provides information on legal rights and responsibilities.
Jo Ann’s paralegal certification was acquired through Winston-Salem University. Jo Ann resides in Wake County with her family.
